No, the Standard Shared Package Subscription does not include a licence agreement. If you require an agreement in your name, please consider our Hot Desk, Premium Shared Office, or Satellite Office packages. For an agreement in your company’s name, the Satellite Office Package is required.
The licence agreement will reflect the shared office address. However, your virtual office address can be mentioned as your company’s registered office address in the document.
The minimum term for a Shared Office subscription is 2 months, with a 30-day notice period required for cancellation.

No, a dedicated desk is available exclusively with the Premium Shared Office Package.
No, the shared office address can only be used as your physical trading address (where you are physically based). It cannot be used as a registered office address or to receive posts. However we provide a virtual office address in the same business centre along with each shared office which can be used as your company’s registered office address free of charge.
We provide a separate virtual office address free of charge. This allows you to continue using the address (for a fee) even if you cancel your Shared Office subscription, avoiding the hassle of updating your registered address with Companies House, HMRC, banks, and other platforms.
A maximum of 3 businesses can use the shared office as the trading address and the virtual office as the registered address so long as they have the same Director.
Hot Desk and Premium Shared Office Package clients enjoy 24/7 unlimited access. Satellite Office Package clients are permitted a maximum of 4 visits per month, split between the Shared Office and Business Lounge.
Yes, a security token is required for the following packages: Hot Desk Package, Premium Shared Office Package and Satellite Office Package.
The security token is refundable upon departure, provided there are no damages or unpaid balances. If payment for the second month is not made, the token will be retained.
The security token must be paid via bank transfer. Payment details will be shared upon sign-up.
We will notify you via email whenever we receive any post for you or your business. You can then request to have your post scanner, collected or forwarded from the customer portal.
To use the Meeting Room facility, you need to email us asking meeting room login credentials. Once received, you can use this credential to login and book the meeting room.
You can upgrade your package by logging into your customer portal. We will refund your previous payment on a pro-rata basis. In case of upgrade, you will need to pay the security token as well. You can downgrade your package by giving us a minimum of 7 days' notice from your billing date.
Yes, you can update your payment method by logging into the client area and paying with your new card. Once the new payment is processed, a pro-rata refund for your previous payment will be issued.
You can cancel your subscription within 24 hours of signing up for a refund. After 24 hours, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. You can then cancel your package by giving 30 days' notice, subject to a minimum term of 2 months.
