By default, we will incorporate an LLC for you with 100 shares. This is the most common type of company that is incorporated in Canada today. If you require a different type of company to be incorporated with a different structure, please contact us prior to placing your order.
The majority of companies incorporated in Canada have a basic and similar structure to each other. We have therefore simplified things for our customers to incorporate their company for them using the same simplified and easy to understand structure as detailed below.

We will register your company for you Federally. You will also need to register your company in each province and territory in which it conducts business. This is known as extra provincial registration. There will be an additional fee applicable for each province that you register in. You can register your company to any address of your choice as long as you have permission to use that address. Your address will be publicly visible on the Corporations Canada website and will also be visible on a number of other Provincial and State Government managed websites as well as other websites operated by third parties. If you want to maintain privacy and protect yourself from junk mail and receiving nuisance correspondence, you can use our Registered Business Address Service and rent a virtual office from us with mail handling and mail forwarding. You can register your company to our address in Toronto, Ontario and keep your personal address private. We will act as your registered agent for receiving correspondence addressed to you, providing you with a level of safeguarding from unsolicited mail.
A NUANS report has to be obtained and provided to Corporations Canada at the time of applying to incorporate a Canadian Company.
This is a document that includes a list of business names and trademarks that sound similar to the name an incorporator is proposing. The list is drawn from NUANS, the national data bank of existing and reserved business names as well as trade-marks registered and applied for in Canada.
This report costs $13.80 and is included in the Government fee that we charge you. This fee is for 1 report only. If additional NUANS reports have to be ordered for different names these have to be paid for separately. We will share the results of the NUANS report with you prior to submitting your company registration application.
In order to register a company Federally, at least 25% of the Directors must be Canadian Residents. If none of the Directors of your company are Canadian Residents, then we can still incorporate a company for you, however it will be incorporated Provincially only, in any province of your choice. If you want to conduct business in any other states or provinces in Canada you will need to register your business in those provinces too. Please contact us if you want to incorporate a company where 100% of the Directors of the company are Non Canadian residents.

This will be sent to your company’s registered address. If you pay to use our address and appoint us as your registered agent, we will receive your mail before opening before scanning it to you. We can also forward it to you on request.
Your Government registration fee of $200 is refunded by Corporations Canada at their discretion.
Our fee is non refundable. If you want to apply again then you will have to pay our fee again at full price excluding any promotional discounts. If you pay $4.99 for company incorporation protection at checkout then you have the right to apply to incorporate your company again without making an additional payment to us. The $13.80 fee paid for the NUANS report is non refundable and may need to be paid again to obtain a new report if you decide to change the name of your company or for other unforeseen circumstances.
You can cancel and obtain a full refund from us at any time prior to us submitting your application to Corporations Canada. Once your application is submitted you do not qualify for a refund.
If you cancel after we have ordered a NUANS report but before we apply for your company to be registered, we will deduct the cost of the NUANS report ($13.80) and refund the balance of money to you.
This means that you can use our address as your registered and correspondence address for your business and your correspondence address for all of your directors.
We will handle all of your mail that arrives at our office and scan it to you. Our address can be used to receive both business and personal mail.

As our Ontario Business address will be the registered address for your company, we will also register it Provincially in the state of Ontario for free. We only charge you our address rental fees. You will just have to pay Government Incorporation fees ($200) and where applicable NUANs fees ($13.80).

Yes, you can register your company to our address yourself as long as you pay us our business address rental fees and ensure that you use the full unique address allocated to you.
If you take our Silver package you can register a maximum of 1 company / business at our address. The Gold package is 2 and the Platinum is 3. At least 1 director of each company must be the same person.
Anybody can use our address as their correspondence address as long as it is being used legally and responsibly and the public is not being misled into believing that you are physically based at or reside at our address. If you are using our address to receive personal mail only you can take our cheaper Bronze package which is only $0.99 per week. The Bronze package permits mail to be received for 1 x person. Additional subscriptions will have to be purchased for additional users.
The Bronze package is strictly for personal use only on a per person basis. If we receive mail to your address for the attention of someone else or for a business / company you will be asked to either purchase an additional subscription or upgrade your package before we can release mail. We do not provide an “ad hoc / pay as you go” post processing service with the Bronze package.
a). It makes things easy for us when mail arrives for you as we are then able to easily identify that it belongs to you.
b). It protects you from being associated with other companies and businesses that are using our address. This is because all of our clients are allocated with unique virtual office numbers differentiating them from one another.
c). It protects us from being associated with your business and also protects our address from being blacklisted in case it is misused.
For these reasons, one of our conditions of use of service is that all of our clients must use their unique office numbers at all times.
We open and scan it to you via email. Once you receive the scan you can log into your portal and request for it to be forwarded to you if you require a hard copy.
If your item cannot be scanned because it is bulky or if you would like it forwarded to you after it has been scanned, you can book a courier (at your own expense) to collect it from our office and deliver it to your own address. An admin / courier handover fee of $3.50 per consignment will also be payable to us.
All of our staff have security clearance and have had a criminal record check conducted on them prior to being employed with us. We handle all types of confidential private mail ranging from bank cards and pins to powers of attorney. We take security and confidentiality seriously. All mail is always stored securely and is destroyed several days after it has been scanned to you.
We accept items that weigh up to 22lbs (10 kg) and which are no larger than the size of a shoe box. Anything that is received larger / heavier than this will be refused when delivery is attempted.
We do not offer this option.

We can provide you with a receipt that confirms that you are renting a virtual address / business address from us.

Depending on the package that you purchase from us, you will receive your own unique Canadian phone number which will permit you to make / receive calls anywhere in the world via our mobile app. The app will only work if your internet / data provider permits the use of Voip services.
We will provide you with your own unique standard Canadian phone number. When you are not able to answer calls simply divert your calls to the number that we provide you with. When someone calls you, their call will be rerouted to our call centre where an operator will answer your call in the name of your company / business. They will tell the caller that you are not available to answer your call and will take a brief message. They will then email that message to you immediately. You will also receive a recording of the call in real time. You can then call the caller back at your own convenience. We will answer a maximum of 6 calls per month for free. For us to answer additional calls you will have to buy bundles of additional call answering tokens, priced at $38 for a bundle of 10 call answering tokens. All calls are answered by operators whose first language is English.
After subscribing for our address rental service you can cancel and claim a full refund within 14 days on the condition that our address is not being used and has not been used by you, your business or any of its directors.
After 14 days no refunds can be given and you can only cancel your package at your quarterly or annual subscription date by giving a minimum of 7 days' notice from your billing date on the condition that you are no longer using our address as the registered, advertised or correspondence address for your company / business or any of the Directors or employees. We do not permit use of our address for any purpose, without payment. You cannot claim a refund for the incorporation of your company once the application has been submitted to Corporations Canada. You cannot claim a refund for your NUANS payment of $13.80 once a report has been requested.
